Paolo Guarda

Paolo Guarda is Ph.D. in Comparative and European Legal Studies and works as Assistant Professor of Comparative Private Law at the Faculty of Law – University of Trento Ph.D. He teaches, among other courses, “Comparative ICT Law”, “ICT Law – Privacy and Security” and “Comparative Legal Systems”; he is the author of several articles about issues related to Digital Age Law (Privacy, Data Protection, Intellectual Property Rights, etc.).
