Alma has a Specialized Master’s degree in International Relations and an Executive Master’s in Political Governance. The background in political science and international relations has largely contributed to her professional experience, knowledge and skills on monitoring the EU strategies, policy, and law. She has gained more than 10 years’ experience in project portfolio management and project proposals development. Her project management expertise focuses also on quality assuring of the project implementation, applied also to reCreating Europe.

Alma is also skilled in: planning and implementation of user-centric communication strategies for sharing knowledge and results through different means, among the scientific community, the industry, the policy makers, and the public in general; digital communication through Internet and social media: project website administration and contents’ development; social media profiles creation and administration; social networking development; research data search, evaluation and mapping; capacity building and knowledge transfer training preparation, realisation and follow up; market analysis and exploitation of technological research outputs; innovation management related activities in support to SMEs in their path of birth, growth, and internationalization, including providing them with the tools for identifying and accessing public and private sources of funding, national and international.
